Fennel salad with orange

Ingredients:

1 Cut the cooked beetroots into thin slices and arrange on 2 plates. Salt and pepper.

2 Peel the shrimp, remove the intestine, dry it and fry in a pan from both sides.

3 Mix the lime juice and the balsamic vinegar and dripping onto the beetroot.

4 Cover each 2 chicory leaves with the orange pieces, spread the shrimps on the plates and garnish with the chicory leaves.

Tip: This refined, light and refreshing dish is also suitable as an appetizer for the stabilization phase.

Tips: During the first 3 days it can become hungry, since the body has to switch to the low calorie number. You can then take 6×5 drops instead of 3×10 drops.
